My reputation in real estate is based upon the consistent personal service I offer to my clients. I am reliable and true to my word. My service includes being available whenever possible to accommodate your schedule. I also have a “concierge” service, which provides an excellent list of professionals including painting and landscape contractors to assist in your sale or purchase. Building respectful, mutually beneficial relationships in the real estate community is critical to maximize showings for listings and to get offers accepted in this competitive market. I return agents’ calls promptly, and appreciate their showing my listed properties. I also am on time for appointments and stay on top of the escrow paperwork, meeting deadlines on or before the due date.
My business is based upon integrity. I never try to convince a seller to take less than the market is dictating. I refuse to sell a buyer an overpriced listing. I am committed to do more, to do better and to enjoy doing it. We will enjoy working together.
My average “Days on Market” for my listings is 6.7 versus the Board average of 13. My “Sales Price to List Price” percentage is 110% versus the Board average of 102%. What does this mean to you, the client? My listings sell 6 days faster and for 8% more money than the average agent’s listings. I have also closed 100% of my listings.

Motivation and Enthusiasm has always been a significant aspect of my background. Planned and opened a high fashion clothing business for women. Worked for Nordstrom as a Regional Coordinator for Northern California Stores. Worked in the Hospitality Industry as a Tour and Travel Sales Manager for Meridien Hotels. I enjoy traveling, music and tennis.
I have an AA degree in Business and Communications from Ohlone College. Licensed Court and Conference Reporter. In addition, I speak and read and write fluently in English, French and Arabic.
