Silicon Valley and the South Bay offer some of the best places to live and work. The area comprises many affluent cities that have benefited from the rise of the computer software and technology industries. The Peninsula, as it is also known to local San Francisco Bay Area residents, enjoys a temperate climate all year round, with temperatures ranging in the 40s in winter time to 60s and 70s in the summer time, without humidity. Its main attractions include Palo Alto’s Stanford University, Los Gatos’ Old Town, Menlo Park’s Filoli House and Gardens, and San Jose’s Tech Museum of Innovation, to name a few. It also boasts numerous gardens and parks, museums of old artifacts and new technology, shopping centers, and outdoor theaters and farmers markets.

The weather is moderate to warm temperatures for the majority of the year with July, August, and September being the warmest with an average high temperature of 94°F. Extremely high temperatures are rare and quickly dispelled by coastal fogs. Average rainfall per year is 15.3 inches with most of the rain occurring during the colder months of December, January, and February where the average low is 44°F.

As a long-time Bay Area resident, I possess an extensive network of resources and in-depth knowledge of the local communities. I have successfully assisted clients in matching their needs and goals with the community that best suits them. The best way to know a community is to spend some time in it.
